Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted. We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday, within 48 hours after the order is received. Please note that orders might delay during major promotions and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.

Once processed, orders are receive FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING. However, due to potential delays, weekend hours, holidays, etc.,  please allow 2-7 business days for arrival to most U.S. locations. Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also visit our order tracking page at anytime for up-to-date details on your shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price. For more information please contact Customer Care.


We ask for up to 60 business days to process returns and exchanges from when the order is received at our warehouse. Should you need to expedite your exchange, we recommend that you purchase your new items from our website and then send the unwanted or incorrect items back to us for a refund. To be eligible for an expedited exchange, you must be the original purchaser — we are only able to process a refund to the original form of payment.

Absolutely! When you set up your Hawaiianize account, you’re able to enter a separate shipping address and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.

When you order from Hawaiianize in the future, we’ll remember your information such as billing and shipping addresses to ensure a quicker checkout next time around. You can also store other information, access your order history, and manage your email preferences.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Please note: If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile.

To view your orders on Hawaiianize website, just log in and click the Order History tab in My Account. The screen will show your current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information. You can also click the Track Orders link at the top of the page.
